Finders Fee Paid for Help Completing My 2011 Topps Master Set

I am currently putting together a 2011 Topps Master Set. Basically every card featuring a Cub. I am looking for the following cards:
2011 Topps Black #d/60: Jeff Baker, Series 1 Starlin Castro
2011 Topps Series 1 Starlin Castro Black Leather Nameplate #d/99
2011 Topps Sandberg and Banks Reprint autos
Starlin Castro Sparkle
Fergie Jenkins Comm Patch (5.00 or less dlvd)
Byrd, Ramirez, Marmol silk cards

Ebay does not count for the finders fee! I know about the ones on Ebay, some want WAY too much for the cards! If you can help me find these cards at as decent price, I will definitely reward you for your time.
