07/08 Artifacts Redemption question. I have card RED 305. Whom is it, and is it numbered to /99?

07/08 artifacts didn't go that high in the set, so i'm assuming it's an 08/09 artifacts, in which case, it's a wild card redemption (#301-312), with 305 being:

2008 - 305 - James Neal - 750 - Stars

Upper deck lists the print run at 750, but I just received my redemption for card 307, and it was numbered to 999. Hope that helped
