Best Player You Have Ever Played Against?

Don't know if this has ever been a topic but thought it could be cool to hear. Whether it was in high school or college who is the best player you've played against?

For me it would be:

- Donte Greene
- Austin Freeman

Not B-Ball, But when i was playing High School Football....

I personally Played against:
Jared Lorenzen (Was a back up Qb for the NY Giants) I got 2 sacks that game.
So I tell people I got to sack a NFL QB

Also My High school Team Played Against(I was only in 8th grade,but dresses for the Varsity games)

Shaun Alexander(he Grew up around me. I have actually played Backyard Football and Pick up games of B-Ball With him) He was a cool dude I wish his NFL career was a little longer.

Very fitting in time for the draft tonight, I played against both Bradley Beal and Austin Rivers on the AAU circuit a couple of summers ago. Got to befriend Austin a little bit. Definitely glad he went to Duke albeit one year. Two of the most impressive athletes I have ever seen in person (including professional games etc.).

Amare for me too.. I graduated CCHS in 04.. but in 02.. we were playing a pick up game, and he swung by to dunk on pretty much everyone.. lmao

used to play several summers of pickup ball at the local YMCA with chris paul. he was.....good.

Best player I played against was Anders Broman. Many of you may not have heard of the kid and many of you may have, but he is a stud player. He is one pace to shatter the Career Scoring record in the state of Minnesota. He plays on the AAU team Howard Pulley with Tyus Jones (Got a scholarship offer from Duke his Sophomore year and has been on the Olympic teams for his age group). He is a spectacular player, very hard to defend because the kid never misses! He can score at will! Sharp shooter, but also very aggressive towards the basket. Work ethic is amazing as well! Kid is an all around amazing player!

He went on to hold the World Record for the Triple Jump. This guy could jump out of the gym!

joking of course, I played HS basketball and played against one guy that ended up going to Arizona St in 2007. I forgot his name but he was the back-up PG for them. He was a beast (in the Canadian Catholic HS ranks)

My father built Brad Daughtery's home in Ormond Beach, FL and we lived down the street and I became friends with his son (I was maybe 9 or 10?) would play Brad on his basketball court in pig or horse all the time. Vince actually worked for Brad during one of his summers at UNC and I played pig against him one time too. I still have a pair of shoes he wore at UNC that he signed and gave to me.

Vince would also go play at the Ormond YMCA and would play pick up against my dad and his team all the time. Was pretty cool to watch as a little kid.

I am the same grade as he is. My AAU team went to Cleveland for a tourney the summer going into my 10th grade year (I started freshman ball and he was a 3rd team All American). Well I just got a summer job shredding cheese at a local pizza place and my Mom wouldnt let me go to the tourney because she wanted to teach me priorities.

Well our team did take his team to overtime in the semifinals but ended up losing. I shred 800 pounds of mozzarella.

Wish i got to play against an NBA player though. I did play in a pick up game of bball with an NFL player tho. Wasnt a stud but was fairly good at bball.. My varsity football coach also played for the bengals in the 70's

Chase Budinger and Jordan Hill used to play at the campus rec where I went to college(Arizona) every now and then, only got one chance to play with them in a pick up game but it was pretty awesome.
