How do I make something look "on sale"

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make something looked marked down. Sometimes I see an item with a BIN price with a line through it and a discounted price with it. Also there is a percentage off shown. Does anyone know how to do this?

Gotta be a store listing if I'm not mistaken. So you'll have to have the store subscription which gives you only the fixed point pricing option (no best offers). At which point I think you can then individually or broadscast a sale on items.

I've never used it, but I believe the "Markdown Manager" feature of the store is what does that.
