Default I have some 08/09 Ultimate Collection Basketball Autos... Sharpie color matter?

I think this is supposed to go in this form, if not whoever moves it please let me know where it goes.

Anyways, I just opened up 2 cases of 2008/09 Ultimate Collection Basketball. I noticed most of my autos were blue, but a couple were black. I checked out on Ebay and noticed that one player I had only had blue autos on Ebay, but mine is black. Is there a difference, does anybody know? I remmeber when Autographics or somebody had a different color sharpie that was rarer and worth more, so just wondering if these were worth any more. Thanks a lot!!!

This is the football section. You need to have a mod change this to the BASKETBALL - Blowout Cards Forums

I moved it. If you've got different colored autos of the same player, there is a chance its a variation. Also a chance the player just ran out of that color sharpie and switched. Probably best to contact upper deck.

I don't think there is a difference, however if later on it comes out that the player only signed 15% of the cards in one color, and 85% in another? It would probably make the rarer cards a little more valuable. I guess it would depend on who the player was and if the card looked more attractive w/ 1 color over the other? Post a pic if you can.
