Default Shady Ebay Seller: theticketpalace

Agreed to buy a card from these people paid for it and then 6 hours later a fellow Canseco collector offers double my accepted and paid for offer(had no idea the card was sold to me already) and they take that and he has the card 3 days later and currently I'm out the paypal and the card. I wouldn't have even known what was going on unless I had talked to him to find out he actually had it. I know my claim will be processed but I want to make sure this seller gets no more business and their practices are exposed so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

maybe a bunch of people on the boards should use the ask the seller a question: If I buy this card from you how do I know you just wont sell it to a higher offer after I paid? I just did.

Then they might get the message that bad practices spread fast.

Wow so they didn't even bother to refund your payment and you had to open a claim? That's even worse than taking a better offer and promptly issuing a refund what jerks.

the last email I received they said they sent the card out next day and that I should have had it by now when I inquired about DC in hopes it wasn't lost in the mail. In the meantime I have spoken with my fellow collector and friend and found out about his purchase and dealings and the many emails they exchanged back and forth.

I just want to get the word out there that this seller is dishonest on a good day

Remember to provide links - otherwise most people aren't going to act.

Rare !! 2004 Leaf Certified JOSE CANSECO Fabric Of The Game JERSEY 14/33 BV$30 | eBay

This is the only Canseco item that they have sold recently, but it appears that no one won the auction. Did you circumvent eBay? Or was it an older item?

They pulled the auction and sold to me at 9am on July 17th. They then accepted a payment of $80 from another Canseco collector about 6 hours later on the same date. Obviously they hadn't mailed it yet so had time to change the addy to mail it to and the other guy got it. In the emails to me and the other guy it sounds like they own a shop somewhere in WV.. Anyone know of it?
