Maybe someone here can help me. After costing myself some bucks on under estimating shipping charges (all overseas), I've changed my listings so that it now is based on weight (actual cost + 1 buck). I offer discount shipping on additional auctions won @ 0.25 per auction.
My problem I'm having is that since I've switched over to using weights, it doesn't appear that the 0.25 is automatically being calculated, and that ebay invoicing just combines the shipping charges. Am I missing something in my shipping configurations so that I can still do this? I've had a few ebayers calculate out the discount and send payment, but I've also had numerous request invoices, where I have to go in and recalculate out the shipping charges. Any thoughts or suggestions to help me out? Thanks Robert |
