Beware....Oshie74 strikes on Ebay

Just as an FYI, I am sure most all of you already have an opinion of this tool, but just for more proof, he won an Oshie 4 color Limited Logos from me on Ebay. At end of auction, I send an invoice, no payment. 5 days later, I send a reminder invoice, and he sends a reply that he will try to pay this soon, he sold a WII and has the money.....so now we are at 7 days, even when Ebay says he should have paid by now, and nothing. I open an unpaid item case, and he immediately replies whining that he can't transfer into or out of his PayPal account, and has no idea why....and can I just please relist the item!!! Yeah, sure, nice try. What a jack-off! I replied pretty sternly that this just smells like a crappy excuse, and I will not relist, and if I did, he would be blocked and would not be able to ever bid again on my auctions, and he replies again that "I've tried to pay and what do I get but someone who is rude!" So I told him to expect the unpaid item strike as soon as Ebay lets me. So I don't know if he's currently suspended or not, but if the mods need any input, PM me and I can provide copies of messages and the listings. I say BAN EVERY TOOLBAG!!!

Block him on ebay and file strike. He won the auction for $145 he should pay. On SCF he posted that he won this auction, but see below his post and the comments. This is why he didn't pay he realized he overpayed.

I think every person collecting/buying Cup cards of a rookie should really try and hold off on the first few copies on any particular card unless it is extremely limited (5 or less) or has an truly stunning swatch. And even with cards that low nothing is guaranteed.Case in point, a few years ago I jumped all over a Kopitar Cup Foundations Patch Auto to 5 and, while I did end up with the best one of the 5 as far as swatches, I also paid about $100 more than the others becuase of course the other 4 showed up within 10 days of each other.

You guys are all going to overpay and/or miss out on even better swatches if you jump the gun.

Your LL is nice but look at this one on the bay currently, a tip of the blue note:

well first off i cant pay because it wont import money from my bank account and i really dont care what you transfer from SCF THATS ON EBAY EDIT and it has nothing to do with blowout or any other site im on is this what you have been waiting for E well tough luck i dont care i cant pay so i dont know what you guys want me to do so EDIT

no i didnt overpay i actually really want that card i just cant for some reason send the money
