That's bad...he wiped the fading auto on the card clean and "re-signed" it. If I were doing that, I would have just went to get Harper at the stadium and have him sign it!

Sigh...be warned!

I bought a bunch of cards from that ebay account and noticed my paypal was being sent to a Mr. Brian Gray.

I highly doubt he would do anything like that. He probably just bought it and is re-selling it, unaware of what happened.

wow that's awful, sad part is that is has some bids on it....hopefully we don't see it go higher than the $50 mark

I know the original auto was faded/crappy, but unless you were a master forger why would u ever ruin a card like that?

First off that B is a dead giveaway it is fake. Ooosh you should send the seller a question with that picture and see what they have to say. Nice work pulling that up.

Yes, I bought 9 items from him recently and it said the payment was sent to Brian Gray.

Why not him? First off, it's probably just his account, not him personally. The email address is some other name. Hes running a fairly large company so he probably has employees handle buying and selling items. He's doing fine as is, why fake an auto and risk ruining his rep over $50?

The same reason he would sell the big hits from his products directly on eBay instead of packing them out. Greed. Along with being ethically challenged. The fact that so many people continue to think he has a good reputation despite all of the past shady actions he has been involved in actually encourages him to do something as brazen as selling an obviously fake Bryce Harper auto on his own eBay account.

Thats BG's account. Thats the same one which caused an uproar when it was selling the good inkworks autographs weeks before they repackaged them in a crap repackage product devaluing the hits since the people who wanted them already had them since the market was flooded. But yet the product was weak go figure.

same serial number and everything.
