Default Couple of real ebay winners! please be advised (RANT)

may i suggestion blocking these 2...

#1...guy buys card wins card on 12-25, pays on 1-5, 11 days later...I shipped on 1-6, the next day...today he emails and says, it's about time card arrives! well here's his feedback record 96%

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...d=320200043999

NOW THE REAL WINNER OF THE DAY...
#2...guy buys 3 cards, pays for 2 at once, then the 3rd a second payment, i did combine them on paypal into 1 order, i get a PM today from him ON THIS BOARD (he joined today simply to yell at me), he threatens me and says he will leave 3 negative feedback if I do not refund the extra shipping of $3.50
I did not take kindly to the threats, he says he emailed me, which I did have one...FROM LAST NIGHT! he did not give me 12 hours to respond...
so, i gave him his $3.50 (even when paid in 2 payments, he deserved a break, sure)...THEN I LOOK AT HIS AMAZING FEEDBACK, looks like he has run into other problems before...

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...:X:AAQ:US:1183

WHY DOES EBAY ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO REMAIN ON?
OH...I know the answers
BUT...why do we have to put up with it

As sellers, I am tired of the CRAP people dish...
(like when a guy cussed me out because his card was not there 8 days after mailing...while tracking# was there, but i can not help postal delay, oh well)

and what is worse is paypal ALWAYS sides with them
...if they live outside the US, for proper electronic shipping it's $25 to start, or they can charge it back every time
...if you ship to unconfirmed address, they can charge back
...if they say ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, they also get refunded (had 2 do that to me in Dec.)
...WHAT EXACTLY IS SELLER'S PROTECTION....
I do not mind following the rules, BUT
WHY NOT HAVE BUYER'S PROTECTION INSTEAD...
give benefit to the reputable sellers actually selling the items that bring in the $, you know, the ones PAYING for all the fees (ebay/paypal/supplies)

they make it so easy for charge backs, then take 30 days to decide...
they have NO loyalty in business

just a little rant of more frustrations, why I continue to do this I'll never know
I really should go spend time with the wife & kids instead

I REALIZE WE HAVE THESE THREADS START EVER SO OFTEN BY US BOARD MEMBERS...and sometimes I don't say a thing, but sometimes it feels like it's crazy to keep going, so typing it out all to you, is... therapy

paypal is a joke. it just got worse too -- i didn't think the not as described ploy would work in favor of the buyer.

Links worked fine for me.. I feel your pain I am in the same boat wondering what I should do..You get a couple of bad apples in a bunch and it just wrecks the day.. I am thinking about not even offering paypal... i know it will hurt my total sales for not offering paypal but not dealing with them would be worth it, Plus I would save on there fees...And that would help make up some of the difference... I have seen more and more ebayers not offering paypal.. If there feedback is good I would still buy. I don't mind sending M.O. I wonder what percent my total sale would go down? I am thinking it would be 20%?

truthfully, MOST people do not even check if you offer paypal anymore...
everyone expects it
i know when i bid, i just bid, then like last week 2 of the 16 i won, didn't, and i was like NO WAY, but it didn't change my bids and prices weren't lower as they were all the same cards (nick schmidt autos)
