Default Inconsistency in Upper Deck's new rules for selling cases

Either I don't fully understand the new rules, or I have a question. Why is it that most of the new UD cases are not being sold as cases online, but Exquisite cases are being sold quite a bit???

Easy.

You can sell cases online during the 90 day period, however, thye have to sell above cost.

Equisite and the Cup are to examples of UD's product that sell way over cost year after year. Exquisite is about $1300 direct and the Cup is about $235 a pack.

Lesser cases have a harder time selling for over cost like Ultra etc.

I was wondering if that was it. Thanks a lot for the clarification!

Is it 90 or 60 days that UD products must be sold at or above cost. Thought it was 60 but I may be wrong.
