(1) 2012 Allen & Ginter box break. MY FIRST EVER BOX!

Hey guys, I busted this box on Monday. This was my first ever box of cards opened. My friend took me to the card shop and I think I am hooked now. Anyways, here is what I got:

RELICS:
-Ike Davis (bat)
-Carlos Quentin (jersey)

RIP CARD:
-Carlos Santana (#ed 52/99)

AUTO:
-Red Ink mini Hank Haney (#ed 7/10) (This came from the rip card)

BOX TOPPER:
-BH-5 (AL and NL Rookie of the Year)

Those were the "hits". I also got several other inserts and mini cards, but I don't think anything noteworthy.

Let me know how I did.

Haney Red Ink is a pretty good hit. Should be able to get a good chunk for that, as that players red ink autos were only available in rip cards. Congrats!

Thanks! I didn't know who he was at the time, but I did a little research on him and found out he was Tiger Woods swing coach. Not really sure what I am going to do with it though. Hope to trade it for something I want I guess.

What do you want for it? Check my bucket and see if you find anything you would like.

Thanks for the interest, but didn't see anything I can use.

As stated, really new to collecting and I really don't know what I want yet. I am collecting the 2012 Goodwin Champions relic sets and I really like the Topps WWE products. But other than that, not sure what else I want to collect.

You can always throw it up on Ebay. Some of the minis can be worth a lot in A&G too, so make sure you look those up. Congrats on hitting the case hit too. The player and numbering made the question of ripping it an easy one!

Honestly, I only ripped it because I thought the rest of the box sucked. lol I think if one of the GU's cards would have been half way decent, I probably would not have.

Just saw that #8/10 sold on Ebay for $39.99 buy it now with free shipping. I guess that answers the question of how much it is worth. lol

ONE completed ebay sale is hardly a basis to judge the rest of the cards by. If anything do the classic method of listing a higher price and taking offers on it.
