Meijer and K-Mart price raises?

I posted here because I do baseball the most. I noticed that Wal-Mart and Target (where you see retail exclusives, I think this plays a role) still has blasters for $19.99. Whereas Meijer and K-Mart have blasters at $21.99. The funny thing is whoever puts these out, literally used a marker to cover the $19.99 sticker. Even the 2012 Baseball/Football value boxes are $21.99 here, they are $14.99 elsewhere. I wonder if others notice this. Not a big deal personally as I am slowly stopping with retail, but seems weird.

Last I went in there, in the fall, it was regular prices. I went to a Wal-Mart, they had 2012 Bowman Platinum for $5.49 (marked down from $9.99). Got paid the next day and they were sold out haha. This K-Mart has them at $10.49. They had older products too, where you see discounted elsewhere, priced at $21.99. Kind of weird. I wish my Target would stock good stuff though once in a while haha.

K-Mart has been more expensive on their cards for well over a year here as well.

Blasters: $21.99
Hangers: $12.99
Rack packs: $6.49
Packs: $2.19

My kmart still has 2009 Topps Chrome for 3.99 a pack

Yes, went in there a couple weeks ago and the 2010 stuff was marked up instead of down. Laughed and walked out. Whole store was empty, and the Wendy's 8 car parking lot had more cars in it.
