Mary Bellamy's Art Thread

Hi! I saw a few others posting threads of their artwork here so I figured I'd follow suit, if that's okay. I'm a freelance artist that's worked in small press comics, Antartctic Press, SFA, Radio Comix, etc since 1999. I also worked with IDW's Womanthology project. My first card set was Rittenhouse's Dangerous Divas and I've been working with Cryptozoic, Breygent, 5finity and Galans sketch cards. I prefer to draw in a more cartoon like style. Thanks for checking my work out.

No, sadly. SDCC is my only show I do, though I occasionally wander WonderCon, Comikaze and LBCC.

I have quite a few by Mary... from PSCs to AEs to pack inserted sketches. Here are a few:

She is such a pleasure to work with for commissions. I even have a couple new ones on the way

Mary was great to work with, I commissioned an 8x10 of my cat, and she blew me away, as well as a turnaround time of less than 2 weeks (and she went to a con) and amazing communication!
The cell phone photo doesn't do this image justice, the colors are amazing!
A+ artist!

Very cool Star Wars cards, Mary! I especially like the creature cards. I think it's funny that the Wampa is trying to be menacing, but is too cute to succeed. And then you did a second one of him, and in that one he is just being cute.

Awe thank you! I really like drawing creatures. I kind of wish there'd be more sets where I could do that more often. Glad you liked the Wampa. He was one of my faves.

Hey that Death and Harley look awful familiar

I love the cards and they look even better in person. I'll be requesting quite a few more as soon as I can figure out which characters I want. Thanks again for awesome work!

Cherry I picked up on eBay and Queen of Hearts I liberated a 2013 5finity Grimm Fairy Tales sketch pack.

Mary - Do you have approval to post your GFT cards? I'd love to see them.
