Default Is it a scam?

I've had two people ask me to end an auction early and give them the card for a fixed price. Neither one of them gave a price. I got these two requests regarding the same card. It's a Barry Bonds insert.

To clarify, I'm talking about Ebay

Molly

Leave it up; what you have is an early bidding war they don't want to get involved with

You should get a nice return on it; Have fun!

Word, I wouldn't touch it either. If it's not a scam, you'll have people in a bidding war. If it is a scam, then they won't bid and you can be happy to have just let the clock run out rather than deal with a potential headache.

Yes, I figured if I've got two people wanting it that bad then I should get a good price for it.

I told them I would leave it up.

Yes, it is. I'm ignorant when it comes to cards, but I figured the red lettering meant it was rare.
