i live there, theres not much to my knowledge but ive never really looked extensively. I know theres collectors paradise in eastview mall but thats mainly more memorabilia than cards

There's a ton out here on Long Island if there's none closer. Plenty of huge card shows too

There's a good shop in Webster, can't remember the name though, I grew up in Webster

Southpaw in Syracuse is a good shop. Mark's a great guy with great prices. It's an hour away from you though.
