My first USPS fail!!!!! please help

I just got my blue Manny Machado chrome auto #250 in the mail!!!! But it was destroyed is there anything I can do..it shipped from overseas...this is the first time time this has happened ..need some advice..pls pm me ..I know a lot of you guys buy and sell there so any advice would be awesome.. thanks...

was it on ebay or paypal? either way you can open a dispute and say it was damaged and you want to return it for a refund.
