Default Preseason Heisman Voting

Who is your preseason pick for the Heisman winner?

Will Johnny Football repeat as Heisman winner for the first time since Archie Griffin?

Will Jadeveon Clowney steal the spotlight on defense?

Will AJ McCarron receive the award due to his leadership and winning ability?

Will duel-threat QB Braxton Miller get in the spotlight?

Will TJ Yeldon rise into the spotlight?

I NEED ANSWERS

I think AJ will actually be fantastic this year. I voted for him, even though I think A&M will win the NC.

Just for the record, I voted for Braxton. I am a little bit biased with that because I am a Buckeyes fan, but I really do think he has a good shot, especially with Urban Meyer as head coach

I want Teddy to win but with a weak schedule for the Cards my vote goes to Braxton Miller

I think Aaron Murray deserves to be on that list...To me he is the best all around QB in college football

It's going to be Braxton. People might as well get on board.

If I was rich I'd give everyone $50 if Braxton actually won the Heisman

I was planning on giving him a spot, but you can only have 10 options on a poll and he was the only player that i didnt put down. I'm a big fan of him as well

I hope McCarron wins it so I can see his girlfriend during the presentation

Umm, wut? They've lost quite a few important starters on both sides of the ball (only 11 returning out of 22), Manziel has the University in a holding pattern from the NCAA on whether they can even play him or not without risking ineligibility and Alabama has an off week prior to September 14th....

Need I forget LSU finally crapped out a QB who can play, and their defense is once again, nasty.

This guy knows what he's talking about, McCarron (who I like to a degree, but he's a better Christian Ponder) isn't going to be the best QB in the SEC. Murray could be the dark horse.

Me too, OSU doesn't really play anyone and they could run the table and get bolo'd in the NC.

This is an interesting point. The weaker opponents drive up the stats more, but don't look as good in the end when voters look at who they were playing against all year. Do the voters value strength of schedule or stats more? This could really influence this year's vote

Why do you think Manziel won?

Easily opponents. OSU's schedule is a joke this year.

I was just going to do a "write in" vote for USC's freshman QB, Max Browne 'til I read this article... Max Browne copes with no longer being in USC’s quarterback competition

I voted the Black Mamba. The kid will finally be at his natural position. His yards per carry last year was ridiculous.
