ha that doesn't surprise me. I offered this guy a price on some cards and he replied with he just isn't giving cards away (and my offer was a decent one) and then came back the next day and he said he would take my offer after telling me I was low balling him so I told him no thanks and then he responded well that fine because they sold for more then my offer anyway. Got on yesterday and he is still trying to sell those same cards.
