Almost all of the dealers at this show are card dealers and not memorabilia dealers.

Worth the trip from LA?

Well, it would depend upon whether you are a vintage collector or a newer collector, and how high end you want. We will have two big vintage guys here, but one will be at the long beach show which I believe is January, and there will be limited high end stuff. I don't believe there will be any high end unopened wax. Personally, I wouldn't, and I am coming from Sacramento to do the show. If you want to come up for a good show in San Francisco, watch for the Macray shows or the Tri-Star shows which are held at the "Cow Palace". Those are big 2-3 day events with many tables and dealers.

There are no scheduled card shows that I am aware of. Mike (teammates sports cards) was trying to do a show this Saturday the 14th, but when he found out that most of the dealers were going to the San Francisco show, he cancelled his. There will be an informal show next weekend on Friday and Saturday 20th and 21st, in a storefront at 6916 e sunrise blvd, which is the corner of woodmore oaks drive and sunrise blvd, about 1 mile north of Sunrise Mall. For more information about that event, call Larry at (916) 990-8375. so far there are about 4-5 dealers scheduled to be there.
