2009 Exquisite Case Break W/Scans

A few thoughts on this product first. I really enjoyed the break and liked the design of the cards which for me means a lot. I may even bust some more down the road. That being said, this was a a pretty average break overall IMO compared to the others I've seen. The main negative in this case was that all three of my bonus packs hits were mediocre and actually the worst I have seen from any case break(even before the edge damage along the rear borders). I did happen to pay around 1250 for this case a long while back for a little bit of consolation. I think if I did price it all out I'd probably get 900-1000 back so maybe I can't complain

. I'll post brief comments after each box. Thoughts/comments appreciated.

(Redemption, not to be negative but frankly I'd be happier without Robiskie on there but I get the 4 rookie WR)

Bomar/Nicks Rookie Bookmarks Patch/50

Box 1 itself was solid and could have been great if the RPA was decent. The quad and both combo patch cards are all very nice hits.

Box 2:

Heyward-Bey Gold RPA/25 : Mind blowing that lower numbering provides 1 clr
Clint Sintim Rookie Sig/99
Kenny Britt Sig Jersey/50
Eli Manning Patch/40
Hakeem Nicks Rare Materials/10(Patch,Patch,Tag,Tag)
Robiskie/Britt Rookie Bookmarks Patch (Redemption)

Box 2 in my mind was just below average. The low numbered RPA(one went for $125 tonight) and the Nicks are nice hits but nothing of great interest to me.

Crabtree RPA/99

Haynesworth Sig/75
Bear Pascoe Rookie Sig/99
Jason Campbell Patch/75
Heyward-Bey Triple Patch/30
Iglesias/Pettigrew Rookie Booksmarks/99

Box 3 would have been hideous and full of rejects(the worst I have seen) if not for great RPA hit which has been going for 400-500.

one color RPA's #'d to /25.. gotta love Upper Deck and their desire to provide quality hits at that price point.

Have you seen some of the 1/1s? Such as the Heyward-Bey, just 1 color jerseys.
