1999 leaf certified gridiron gear | eBay

Why have I never heard or seen these? Who is PWCC auctions? Did they rob Panini? How could anyone ever have everyone of them? Why aren't they listed in Beckett? Too many questions. Feel free to chime in.

PWCC Is a known shiller on eBay. I bought one card from them at a good price and it was a smooth transaction. However, they dont have a great rep.
