I have the address to submit a redemption but where exactly do you check on the status of previously submitted redemptions?

If you are talking about this online address:
Topps Redemption Just login and scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a "My Redemptions" spot where you can click on the "+" sign and it will expand to show what redemptions you have pending.

I will never redeem another Topps redemption card. Just like you say, same old song and dance, and I don't mean "Danger Zone". I decided to try one back in October, only because I saw where the exact card was live. Called and waited on hold for 47 minutes, finally was told my card would be completed, and told I would have it in 2 to 6 weeks. It's been 8 weeks and I am still waiting. They will tell you anything you want to hear, just to get you off the phone.
