Attachment 199053 Ok this is crazy!! I went to the Flea Market this morning and had this stack of rookies picked out. 51 of these rookies and I asked the guy how much. Then I remembered I brought an L. C. Greenwood rc to trade. The LC only books at 15 dollars. The dude said he would trade straight across even for the stack. I think I got an AMAZING deal. What do you guys think?

No one uses book value anymore. Check the completed sales on Ebay to see real value. Either way, if you are happy with the trade that is all that matters.

I don't know man, around here at these card shows I could sell the whole stack easily for more than what the Greenwood's worth.. It doesn't matter anyway. This was a solid deal to me and I am happy. Thanks for posting. I would keep them anyway and not sell them.

Be happy with it because you like the cards, value isn't important if you're happy with your trade.

You got some Chrome cards out of it, so I'd say you're up 1.

As long as you are happy that is all that matters.

You did get the better end of it as far as BV goes but I personally would rather have the Greenwood

If you are happy, then you won. I'm guessing the flea market guy is happy too.

Yeah he was cool with deal! as was I. I mean, I don't really collect too much vintage and I figured I would spend a few bucks on that stack of rooks. So it was a good trade for me.

I'm really glad that you are happy with the deal, but man, what exactly is "gotta look" about this? If you'd gotten a $100 card for 15c, then hell yeah.

Like I said, glad you are happy, just bear in mind that something huge to you is probably insignificant to many, and you don't want to get into a 'boy who cried wolf' situation.

Could probably get 3 bucks shipped on ebay for either the LC or the stack of cards you traded for. Either way, as long as you came away smiling and have no regrets in the morning, then that should be all that matters.
