I'll let you know in about 8-10 hours when I'm home from work...

But last night I had "Chicken Nanban" it's this Japanese dish, cook the chicken in some sort or sweetened sauce and make homemade tartar sauce with pickles and put it on top, also had some type of salad that had eggs, broccoli, avocado, fried onion shakes, mixed with Japanese mayo(1000 times better than American Mayo)...ok I'm hungry and I still got a little over a hour and a half till lunch

Just got home from Bonefish Grill.

We started off with two plates of fried calamari for an appetizer, with their bread and olive oil. Then every one had their crab/corn chowder except me since it seems I've developed a shellfish allergy.

For my main course I had wood-grilled salmon with garlic whipped mashed potatoes.

Wife fixed sauteed eggplant with Parmesan cheese and rotini with homemade chicken/tomato sauce. Along with a side salad and a bottle of wine.

(I typically cook and do it fairly well, so this week has been her attempt at stealing my kitchen crown - I am NOT going to complain!)
