Default Problem with Leaf Redemption - Code Doesn't Work?

Just curious if anyone has run across this problem. I bought a few boxes of 2013 Leaf Memories and one had a redemption for a buyback. I went to enter the code today and it says the code is invalid. This was pulled from a box, so the problem is likely on their end. I've double checked the code is entered correctly and everything, just not working.

E-mail was sent a few minutes ago, but just wondering if this has happened to others and if maybe I missed something as I was redeeming.

Yeah this happened to me before, it's their fault. Something about not having their system up to date with all their cards. Just wait for a response and they should tell you what date it will be available to redeem

That's odd - I've seen live versions of this card on eBay already.

A buyer of a redemption I sold had similar issues. However, once they were able to contact Leaf, the issue was resolved. I think it was something with the code just not reading.

if you email Brian Gray he will respond
you can get his email address off their website

it shouldn't be a problem
their redemption process is their strength

Haven't received a response from Leaf on this - wonder what is up. Tried messaging them on facebook and no response there.
