Damaged card from Topps

I got a Topps Chrome box yesterday and pulled a Landry Jones patch auto...
There were scuffs over the numbers when i opened it.. How do I go about replacing this from Topps..

You call Topps, wait on hold forever, then when you speak to someone they will tell you "I will replace with a card equal value". A week or so later you will get a Dion Jordan patch auto from Chrome.

You could also send it in to Topps with a receipt, UPC, and all packs or pack wrappers.
