I saw the news report seller is giving Ebay a pay day... figure it sells for $3-3.5M the seller fees alone $450,000

The Charity is..1% but....thats still ALOT

And im not 100% certain...but doesn't eBay have a $250 max final value fee on listings in this category?

Nope...$250 max in select categories..which this comic applies.

The only categories that don't carry a $250 max is Real Estate & Motors

I wonder if eBay even took a fee. They've been working with the seller and this has been a lot of advertisement for them. Everywhere I look eBay has been linking to the listing. Sidebar...top-bar....

I assume that was a rhetorical question eBay will take their fee come Hell or high water, they might even have sent him a request to pay something towards all the publicity they have been giving the listing
