Need a little eBay help

I'm chasing a card that I need for one of my sets. It is on eBay, but the seller won't ship international (I'm in Australia), and their settings won't let me send a message. It has a buy it now, with best offer, so if someone was willing to help me out, I'd be grateful. It's not a high dollar card, but it is low numbered, so they are hard to find. Please pm me if interested in helping.
