Hey guys. I need some help on who is the top quality for pressing/cleaning? Is is CCS? I recently bought a buddies old comic collection and in it is a CGC 7.0 Avengers 1 that a local deal said with a good cleaning and press could potentially be a 7.5 or 8. I'm just starting to build a comic collection and wanted to get some opinions:
1. Is it worth going through the process? 2. If yes, what is the best company to use? Thanks! |

I wouldn't touch a Avengers #1 7.0 and I press. Not worth the risk. Indy is a good at pressing, Carrbeaz was really good too

Once I get in a physical location I will start pressing and dry cleaning again. I was trained in document restoration and preservation at the Smithsonian in D.C. so it goes a long way toward my understand of the mediums in play.
