Should there be any concern with this PSA holder?

There is a lot of frosting on this holder. I know there can be frosting without tampering.

What are the chances this frosting is due to tampering?

Does anyone believe this card looks fake? The colors seem to bright.

Well, that doesn't look like a 10 to me, but the case looks fine.

Is that due to the top/bottom centering?

fwiw..PSA is more lax on centering grades than BGS is.

Centering looks fine to my eye. The top border has to be measured from the top of the T in Topps, not the line that runs across.

Can't tell from the scan, but the top left corner looks a little fuzzy. Otherwise, the case looks ok to me. Sweet card.

What frosting? There is none lol.

Legit in every way to me, and I have personally graded about 2000 cards with PSA and 4000 cards with BGS (rough estimate but probably accurate).
