Sept. 7th-9th San Francisco Show

I already have the hotel booked as of over a month and a half. Should be a really cool experience. The last show I went to was the National last year in Anaheim. I plan to take alot of pics and hopefully throw a few on here just for show. As of right now, the only autograph guest that I'm interested in so far is Mike Singletary. Anybody know where I can get a couple of nice 8X10's?

Don't know about the 8X10s but I would guess that ebay should have some trustworthy dealers of unsigned photos. I do have 3 auto'd cards from the 1992 NFL Pro Line Profiles. I planned on selling them on ebay in about 2 months but if you would like to make an offer please do. You can reply to this post or use the private message.

In prior years, right after you enter they sell them at the counter before you enter the showfloor.

This show is so so. It's the same crowd as the other mall shows plus the dealers who travel from the East.

The shows in Chicago are so much better.

But, anyways since I will be there as well. Just looking around.

I'll be gearing up for Chicago next year as well. As far as being able to just get the tickets for the autos as you walk in to the show, the tristar website said Singletary was subject to higher fee at the actual show. I'm not a die hard bears fan I just thought it would be cool to get a couple of "in person" autos. Sorry Car3.

My favorite autos are the ones that are received in person. I do like auto'd cards that come from packs but I don't keep them, to me they are to sell. I hope that you have a safe and fun trip.

Okay, so the show starts tomorrow. I'm actually thinking of grabbing a couple of other autos as well. Lincecum and Russ Martin. My question is should I get an 8x10 auto or a baseball auto? And with a ball point pen if it is a baseball auto or a sharpie? Is there a peticular brand a pen you guys prefer??

Baseballs should be a pen. Sharpies will fade.
