Default 2014 draft autos #d to 10

So 2014 has a purple refractor auto numbered 10 and also a blue wave auto numbered to 10? I dont get it. Shouldn't there only be 1 card design/color numbered to 10? Even though both are serial numbered to 10, is one more valuable than the other?

Last year Blue Waves were numbered to 50. Golds are numbered to 50 also so I don't understand your point that having BW autos numbered to 10 is a problem because of purple autos.

To answer your question, in the past, Blue Waves have always been less valuable than golds so I'd guess that they'll be worth less than purples.

Ok. I didnt know last year was to 50. Thanks for the answer of the purple being more valuable than the blue wave. This had me all confused.

I wish there was more year-to-year color consistency.

I don't mind the addition of purple and waves but I'd like to see them be consistent with numbering.

Me and you both. I'm sure plenty of others feel the same way. Consistency would be great to have throughout the years.

I know right, I just got my 2 Judge 2013 Draft Blue Refractor 9.5 w 10 Autos and they are #'d to 99.

I was like - oh wow - means nothing though probably - even though I think they should be more valuable than other Blues in different years. Sigh.
