I had an expired (7/2/14) Panini redemption for a LaMarcus Aldridge Treasured Ink auto from 2012 Timeless Treasures. I entered the redemption online, but wasn't sure if that was the correct procedure. I know that Panini is typically very good about honoring expired redemptions, but is there anything else I need to do besides entering the info on their website? The request is still pending on my account.

If you entered the request right you should be fine.

You should be able to see your redemption under My account then redemptions if I remember correctly. It should show the code you entered and the player you redeemed. I think that updates when the card is shipped out

You should send them a message as well. GO through your account and send them a General Inquiry or whatever they call it. Reference the claim number for your redemption. I would ask them if it is a live redemption and also ask if they still have it in stock. Even if they don't they will work with you on honoring it with a replacement. I hate redemptions, but when it comes to expired ones Panini does as good if not better than anyone else.

They can't even keep up with NON Expired redemptions.
