Whats the difference between these Refractor Select Card

So one is like a box and the other one is more like lines? wahts the difference between these and which one is more rare?

Equally rare. One is the silver prizm parallel, the other is the blue and silver parallel.

Xfractor and pulsar finish.

First one looks like the regular xfractor. The second looks like the Prizm blue wave parallels.

The left one is the Silver Parallel Courtside that come 1:20 packs, the one on the right is the Blue and Silver Parallel, which come out 1:29 packss. All of the odds are on the back of the box.There are odds for the Courtside Parallels, but no odds for the other base card tiers.
