Finally did it! Kobe Topps Chrome Rc-Feedback

I need your guys opinion on this kobe rc I just aquired on the bay for my pc. I have delay getting it for a long time and finally did it. The seller stated of putting it straight to a magnetic holder from a pack. While waiting for it, I was thinking of getting graded. But I after looking at it closely, I noticed the residue on the border of the card where it's suppose to be shinny(see photo's). It's also the first card of it's kind i've seen upclose. Where all the cards like this? I know sometimes after a while the topps chrome cards get stuck to each other and i'm thinking thats what happened to this one. Should I risk it and still sent it to be graded???? Your comments will be appreciated.

Send it in. If you don't like the grade, you can always remove it from the slab. Worst case, you're out the grading fee.
