No, and not all of them are from jerseys or NBA game jerseys either. All of the rookies are from event worn, and many of the veterans are from warmups, shooting shirts, shorts, etc. I have noticed a few of the screenprinted logos from the AllStar Warmups are in these.

Apparently not. There are logos of that sort selling for just as much as their jersey counterparts. You actually can't tell the difference between the jerseys and shorts.
