ordering question

So my g/f tried ordering me a box of cards from blowout, but she couldn't get them delivered to my apt since the billing and delivery addresses were different. She ended up ordering the cards from another site. Then today her bank account shows that she ordered a box from blowout but she never finalized it and her account on blowout doesn't show she ordered anything. Has this happened to anyone here before? Can she cancel the order and if not where is it getting delivered, she never got an email either confirming she ordered the box.

I don't know about fixing the order problem, but if your girlfriend is buying you boxes of cards you should marry her right away.
