I use to own this Red Aaron Judge Auto and it has a large finger nail scratch on the back.

But they advertise all cards as pulled from them! Just kidding, if you look at the back picture you can see 2 lines across the back.

I have to ask, is a disclaimer necessary if the grade speaks for its condition? There's obviously a reason why the surface got a 7.5

He broke it out of the slab and is claiming to have pulled it himself, but was too stupid to cut it out of the bgs plastic sleeve before he posted a pic on ebay.

Slime like this is why I'm done with sports cards. Just too many asshats out there ruining the hobby for others.

Thx for posting this Jewcer. Hope it prevents at least a BO member from getting a card that they'd be very disappointed with.

Has a disclaimer for no returns and to view picture to determine condition. That's fine, but then don't say it was pulled in your store and "like new".

Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with this, but any flaw [except centering] that gets a 7.5 from BGS should be mentioned in the description if it isn't in the slab.

Guys I think you have it all wrong Rich is one of the good guys out there, they were selling a item for another person.

It's in the BGS holder. That is common knowledge to people in the hobby. To not acknowledge that is lazy. Doesn't matter if it's consigned or not.

Not saying Rich isn't a bad guy but it's very snobby of him to say we're haters and he says it's a consignment but he put in the description it was pulled in his store.

Actually the lazy part by the seller is using a rubber stamp item description, thus the cards pulled phrase no matter what they're selling. The copy and paste method due to volume selling.
