Had a shipping and payment problem last Wednesday. E-mailed BO and within minutes received a reply from Pat. I replied and in a few hours received reply and tracking # for case!
Now, that is customer service!!

I too will add to the praise. Blowout has the best customer service of everyone I've dealt with by far...I regret when I have to deal with other places for older stuff.
