Ourselves as in humans as a whole (and I say "and at stereotypes" to include all types, not just that of Mexicans). In a situation like this, it's fine to just sit back and laugh. Nobody's getting hurt by it. If it were about white males, I probably would've found it just as entertaining.

However, I understand not everyone thinks that way, so I'll end it here because I know nothing very good tends to come from conversations revolving around a matter like this.
