He wanted to make himself look like a good person by posting that he was gonna let the seller cancel the transaction when really it was him that didn't wanna finish the transaction.

I'm on the fence about this one. I chalk it up to this kid's youth and inexperience. He and I got into it a while back over Jose Tabata (of all people) but afterward it was like a total 180 of him messaging me and being buddy/buddy.

I figured I'd let the childish argument we had slide, but as I saw him on the boards more often, I saw he was doing this to a lot of other people as well.

I just think the kid wasn't mature enough to handle a debate and wasn't wise enough to know when to admit he was wrong.

My guess is, he'll creep back on here somehow, as he wasn't able to go out on his own terms.

Completely agree. I was definitely not expecting the ban hammer to cometh so quickly. I figured they'd delete the thread and spare the kid.

Not to pile on here, but back a few months ago when he pretty much told NeedChapmans (who I believe has a Masters in Statistics) that he (Michael) didn't understand statistics, coupled with some statement like "I'm never, ever wrong" ... I knew it was probably best if I never interacted with this guy.
