I've literally never even heard of Mitch Keller. Not sure if that reflects poorly on me or KLaw.

Keller is the new Newman. KLaw loves him some random Pirates prospects.

Bolded couldn't be more true. I find it funny that people talk abut how dumb his list is just because it doesn't fall in line with others in the industry. How long has Law done this? Has anyone done a study going back 5-10 years to see the percentages of hits vs. misses of him versus BA/BP?

Exactly!! Bottom line is all of those guys miss on prospects, as do we!! Like gambling in Vegas. We are talking about young kids between the ages of 17-24 with a lot of pressure on them, playing a game where going 3-10 is considered a success. Thousands of players and very few makes it to majors, let alone become hobby stars!

I guess Moncada wasn't the centerpiece in the Sale deal...

Without that Sale trade the Red Sox would have had 5 in the top 20. Their system was/is loaded.

Also, the way the guys talk about Albies at BA, he sounds like a surefire Top 20 guy, maybe Top 10. They don't talk about there being that big of a gap between him and Swanson. Interesting he's not even top 20 here.

Amed Rosario over J.P. Crawford? Kopech over Reyes? Bellinger over Robles? Moncada 17th? Let there be no doubt Keith Law tries to be different and create discussion with his rankings but given the nature of prospects, there's a chance he'll be right in the end.

Surprised Kopech is higher than Reyes.

I knew Moncada would be low, not that low?

Wow on Rosario

Other than that, I get it

Am I missing it or did Bradley Zimmer not make the list?

You have the #1 pitching prospect in baseball according to him, how is this a joke?

He's been low on Moncada since day 1, thats nothing new.

I just tripled checked. He's not on the top 100. That has to be an oversight.

Yup, I don't see him on here. Definitely a valid top 100

Maybe not. He struggled in AAA. I'd have put him down around 60-80 range personally, but I don't think Law just didn't see him.

I really don't see how Mateo dropped out the Top 100 altogether.
