Ive opened 5 boxes and 4 boxes had decent centering and were in great condition... the other box had cards that were soo off center and 10-15 cards with lines through the middle and what you see below...I actually laughed out loud ....

So glad Zion and Ja were only slightly off centered

Got my 1 from eBay today. About half the base were terribly OC, including all the big names

Luckily the rookies were mostly good. Zion and Ja are well above average.

Unfortunately the green rookies were Brandon Clarke, Talen Horton-Tucker, Darius Bazley, Kevin Porter Jr, and Justin Robinson. Hard to get much worse.

Looking back at it, yeah you're right it could've been. I guess my disappointment was because of getting Justin Robinson, who unfortunately might be the worst rookie to get in this set haha.

That is a pretty terrible green pack. Have there been enough green packs opened to see if there is any rhyme or reason to the collation? Are the same rookies running with each other in each pack or does it appear to be more random?

I ended up selling all my packs for 90-100$
I believe there are 50 rookies, so 1/10 chance hitting a Zion, 1/5 hitting a Zion or Ja.

I ordered 1 from Fanatics for $62 with the discount (should've ordered more but that's another story). The gambler in me ordered another on eBay after seeing the cards for the reason I wanted to open one. With the way these are selling, it's really a no-lose situation.

Yeah but I was wondering if the pack collation is the same across the board, meaning the same 5 rookies run together in each pack that they're in, or if they're all random. I would assume collation is consistent, but I don't know if enough packs have been opened to know if that's true or not.

I opened 9 green packs. I had 3 that were exact duplicates. Knew that there was no Zion or Ja because of the first card I saw.

I can't remember exactly who was with Ja but obviously his pack is over $100, Zion's pack (haven't hit Zion) and a third pack I believe had Rui, Coby, Porter, Hunter or some combo where there were 3 or 4 really solid rookies. So, just in my small sample 3 out of 10 possible combinations are worth the rip. The other 7 options are a no go.
