Yep. Mine too. When Tim did his stupid lip service interview BS my due date was 6/3 (or 7/3, can’t remember which, whatever was close to his interview). Since then it has just gotten further and further away with no movement.

There are people posting in here with 5/8 due dates, like mine, and they have had cards go live so there really is no rhyme or reason to it, go figure.

I would assume the same. I’ve still got my order from May that’s supposed to arrive in mid August.

Yep, my submission that was due on 5/8 is now projected for 9/2. Not holding my breath for that either. I've sent two e-mails to them about just getting my cards sent back to me, no answer.

Any ideas why they deducted ~9% on the transaction fee instead of 5%? They were accurate on the 1% promotion fee, but overcharged nearly double on the transaction fee.

Nope. Not happening to me. Send them an email and let them know their software is overcharging.

Requested a shipment on 4/15 that was supposed to be shipped on the 16th. Hasn't been shipped yet. On top of that, sent a bunch of cards on 3 Week and Current Year - they all have been put under 3 week which costs more.

I get that things are slower in the warehouse because of the pandemic but what's the excuse for not responding to e-mails?

Because they thought they could get away with it, not believing anyone would be checking this...ignoring those dollar bills, and chasing those nickels and dimes.

Clearly because of Covid...an announcement is forthcoming in 3 to 6 months.

Time for me to double check mine. Thanks for posting.

I have officially given up on COMC

Good luck to all who remain optimistic, I see no reason to continue to do business with them

EDIT: I have set myself up to where I no longer have any risk or investment with COMC so I no longer have any reason to care how they operate

I've been pretty patient with COMC, but I just emailed customer service about my submission from late-December. My current year stuff was processed on time, but 80%+ of my Basic items have not been touched since late February. I thought I took a 20% processing fee discount in early February to give them an extra month to catch up, but there's been no movement on any of my cards since 2/21/20. Hopefully they have some good news because I'm approaching PSA-bulk submission timelines.

I sent in two batches recently.

The first was a Current Year 3 Week submission, due 7/15. That moved to 7/30 and now 8/6. Still at 5%.

Second submission was just 3 Week, due 7/28. Still at 7/28 (of course) but it moved to 20% yesterday.

From the COMC blog, last updated July 20th:

Quote:
We will keep you updated on our Processing and Shipping backlog progress by letting you know the oldest due date we are working on in a given week. All non-guaranteed services will be worked on from oldest to newest.

We are currently working on the following due dates:

Economy Shipping: 07/10 – 07/20
Basic (retired): 05/08
Current Year 3 Week: 07/07
In a similar situation to others here, I have a basic (retired) submission with a due date of 5/6 that is sitting on 5% and hasn't shown any progress since being received way back at the start of March, expected date now into September.

What COMC is telling us just doesn't add up. Either they think their customers are idiots, or they just don't care, or possibly both.

Is this besides the nearly 130,000 cards you currently have FS? lol

And here's why I would never trust COMC with my higher end cards. Ridiculous they can't scan a card without destroying the corner.

And no, it's not how I packed it, I packed it the same way I've sent them cards in the past and in the past get about 95% without notes. They've added about 25 cards to my batch this morning, and about a half dozen all had the same corner ding. If it was how I packed it, wouldn't most all of them have the same corner ding?

Here's a scan of what I sent them in March :

Here's what was added into my account as EX to NM this morning :

Thanks, COMC.

I don’t understand why they can’t answer emails. Working remotely does not mean you don’t answer emails or pick up the phone.

I have no idea how to get a hold of them anymore.

I think what they mean is that is the oldest they are WORKING on. The dates like mine and yours that are before that date means they just are not working on ours. They are in a pile with the other old stuff.

If people want a reply try posting your gripes on twitter or somewhere they are advertising. In BO land they just monitor and don't interact. Or maybe some of the other users who have direct contact with CSR or Tim can lend you a helping hand.

Are you done adding ports or cards to the site? For COMC to lose you it is pretty disheartening. You were a pretty big cheerleader.

Not to defend COMC but just to say that COMC is advertising for a CSR position - maybe they're slow in replying because that team in understaffed. I can't imagine why someone wouldn't want a job where you get emails all day long, accusing you for all the problems of a company that gives you no support or ability to actually resolve any issues.

I guess I understand being understaffed....but to not reply for weeks? I get the job must suck since everyone is mad at you and you are limited in the remedies that you can offer but still even if it is just a we will look into it email....that would at least be a little helpful right?

For what it’s worth, I put in a request for a shipment of almost 90 cards a week ago. Expected ship date was mid August. It shipped today.
