Anyone know if they accept Playoff Absolute Signing Bonus plaques? I remember seeing them on site years ago but none recently. I presume if they do this would just be charged under oversized?

I just got an email 150 of my cards got done. Upon looking atleast 50 of these cards are cards I 100% know are not mine. Anyone know what to do?!

If it's 2020 lower end cards, bad news as was explained. Lux, Alavarez and Bichette bottomed out in like the $3-4 range and have since spiked back up. So you might get lucky there. You also probably didn't sell your Kyle Lewis cards for 75 cents back in May because of the delay. If you have things like Mookie, Bellinger, Trout.....all of those are up across the board too. It'll be a good thing if they too got delayed.

If you had Prizm/Donruss basketball, it may be a blessing in disguise. Everything is up across the board. Zion base I was watching more than doubled over the past 3-4 weeks. Likely same for Ja. You have some Bol Bol waiting? It's up 10x or more.

Still, wanting your cards back was the ONLY point I didn't get. Yes, it's taking longer than you wanted....but once they ARE processed, you're entering into one of the hottest modern card markets COMC has ever experienced, I assure you. Demanding them back again just seems foolish. You want to move them on another platform like BO for a fraction of what you'll get on COMC? That's fine. Maybe you have a buyer locally, cool. Do they want EVERYTHING you'll have to offer? If it's a bulk lot, it'll be like selling your port at a giant discount.

Wait it out and dip your toes into it once they are processed because you'll probably be surprised at how easily some things are moving.

I don't disagree with most of what you posted, except for the part where people who get their cards back would be selling for a fraction of what they'd get on COMC. I realize it's not happening, they clearly have no time to respond to requests like that, but I'm pretty comfortable not paying .30 a card off the bat, I could do as well or better here. If the cards are hot on COMC, they'd be hot elsewhere too.

That said, I love COMC for the $1-10 card range, and I really would like to keep using it, because it's a model that doesn't really exist anywhere else. But there's bad service, and then there's absolutely no service. They already have our cards, so no big deal to keep pushing the due date 2 weeks at a time for over 3 months now, right?

I'm not expecting miracles, I'm expecting a little transparency and effort. If it's not an eBay auction or the elite/guaranteed services, you get zero response or communication.

I sell high end cards there too, not just the $1-10 dollar cards.

COMC is the schitt.

Problems? Yes, but eventually they get worked out. You just gotta learn to deal with it.

As for buying and selling....top notch. I cash out thousands of dollars with them often via Paypal or check.

I wish they could nail down all the issues but it is what it is for now.

Everyone understands the frustration. I am about to send off 1k cards. Spent tons of time researching making sure that the lowest asking price on any given card is at least $1.


I an preparing for the worst as far as the timeline goes. They are so backed up with new inventory coming in at a crazy pace. If they are not live for a year... it is Max Holloway. Everything I am sending in has no value to me. Hundreds of cards that sell for $5 to $20 but to me they are just ammo for PC cards.


Comc has always been about the long game... even in the best of times when it was a relatively niche market.

So yea, the wait time is obviously frustrating. It's just not worth getting mad over imo. Kinda like psa right now. I give no thought to the 3 subs I have in the winds. To me, it just isn't worth the energy to get upset and constantly check.


I will forget about this comc order and then once its live I will have some fun.

It will cost you $.50 per card now as the $.35 option has been suspended. That adds up real fast.

As every one is diff the COMC issue effect every one diff. So what is an issue for me is not an issue for you.

My biggest fear...mailing in cards...and they get uploaded to another user who is not as honest as you and simply liquidates. With corona and these submissions being processed over 6 months to a year later will everyone still remember what was sent? I hope everyone has good records because if you don't those prizm and optic cards can go to someone else.

i started really trying to flip at the beginning of the year, plus ive had a couple batches post...prior to this year id had 3 months where I had sold over 100 cards in a month, those were months where I had a submission go live..

you can see I don't move much in the way of 'decent' stuff, as a good month ill average about $3 per sale, but when you are flipping things that you pick up and resell for under the storage fee level, its hard to maintain a level over $2.50 per transaction...I have no issue making $0.05 to $0.55 on a card...as ive said before, what I make in flipping for the month essentially pays for my internet for the month

Should I praise this amazing site that has had my stuff nearly 5 months and they haven't listed a card?

And give me the pandemic excuse. That hasn't stopped them from listing auctions and doing elite and 3 week submissions. Hasn't stopped them from shipping ebay orders quickly while raping site users for insanely high shipping fees if we want stuff on time.

The slow listing and stuff began well before the lockdowns started. There were already people reporting them being a month behind. Yet the apologists will try to make you believe its solely due to the pandemic. Many of us predicted this happening when they announced the auctions. Same cards are selling on Ebay for better prices than you get on COMC and with the new free listings policy that went in Ebay is the better option. The only advantage they have at this point is storage of the cards.

my 5/8 due date of 740 has spit out cards a couple times this past week...

prices of several things ive sent off have drastically increased since I mailed them off...Soto Update RC, Griffey Topps Traded RC PSA are just a few of the cards that I got more than double I would have when I mailed them off...

cant wait to see what else surfaces...its been so long I don't remember what all I sent...mostly baseball has gone up at this point, but im pretty sure I sent more football and Olympic than baseball...

as for COMC simply being storage with the new free listings on eBay, I disagree, time in listing and not having to deal with stupid questions...plus I have over 5000 different cards listed on COMC, and im getting 250 free listings on eBay right now, as I don't have a store...

as it stands, I don't expect to send any cards in to COMC because of pricing structures in place right now, but I will continue to flip on site and IF they bring back a low cost submission tier, ill send in again, but for me to pay $0.50 to sell for $0.75, net $0.7125, leaves me $0.2125 to acquire the card and ship it there...sure, I can list for more than $0.75 and do in many cases, but im not going to have a scrub auto listed for $1.50 just to pay storage fees after the 3 month mark, so to me, the reality is I need to acquire junk au/gu at $0.15 each to make it worth sending in, and I don't see that happening

My 5/8 went to 10/6. So in the last week they managed to get 25 days further behind. At this rate my cards will be listed in 2022.

I have a couple cards from submissions that were due in early March still not processed. The crying over cards sent in the heart of COVID and when the retired basic was ending just seems overly redundant. It sucks that COMC sucks and prioritizes their ebay auctions over everything else. Next time there is a pandemic happening keep your cards at home (ok so that part is being sarcastic)
