I’ve still got some remaining from 4/28...

They also just started adding cards from a 3-week due 7/24. So far I’ve been unsuccessful getting them to discount but they are “reviewing the situation”...

I have 3 remaining from 3/31 (before the shut down)
I have 420 remaining from 5/8 (the last push before price change)

haven't had a card released in a week now...a couple weeks ago I took out the money needed to cover the fees, and quickly built it back up to the minimum no extra fee take out, so I did that again, and now im already back to almost what the rest of the order will cost to process, and im not selling BIG cards, most of my port is at $0.75, but im doing ok with the $3-$5 range and even sold a few for over $10 this week, which is rare for me...

whatever...its one of my worst months flipping this year, but my 2nd best month in terms of $ sales...getting tough to find stuff to flip...I think most people know what sets are doing well, or what athletes...

once all my stuff releases I may just go in hiding for a month and then pull some cash out...I have a feeling the next good day of sales will be black Friday if they do a promo...

You really want a brand new person on the phone? Give them a little time to get trained up and learn some of the internal workings before they start getting yelled at for things that are out of their control...

My one week popped today on time. Still waiting for some old CY 3-Weeks to finish out from 4/24. One has a single card left...

The 'delivered to agent' counts as being delivered just the same - note how it is in green font like regular 'delivered'. This is just more USPS issues. Example: I've received a card I bought on ebay whose tracking shows delivered to agent and it was in my mailbox on that date as usual.

COMC is getting behind on opening up the submissions and starting the processing clock. As long as you don't receive the confirmation email that they received the items it is another way to delay processing times.

I think everyone knows they are behind on processing but it's quite unnerving for people to send cards and wonder what the heck happened to them when tracking shows delivered and no confirmation from COMC received by the next business day. They want people to send in higher end on Elite service and don't even prioritize letting the sender know they have their cards. This is poor customer service made worse by the USPS issues.

A few stats on my latest COMC submissions:

(240)-card 3-week Guaranteed Submission - Package delivered 8/27 - Not logged in yet
(440)-card 3-week Guaranteed Submission - Package delivered 8/13 - marked as received on 8/17
(76)-card 3-Week Current Year - Original Due Date of 8/12 - No cards Processed Yet
(173)-card 3-Week Current Year - Original Due Date of 7/20 - Completed 8/12
(903)-card Basic Submission - Original Due Date of 3/27 - Still Has (5)-cards not processed yet

Requested a Check Cash-Out on 8/14 - Marked as Processed and Sent on 8/21. Check has not arrived yet, but that could be due to USPS delays.

So, definitely delays in logging in new submissions. And definitely delays in processing Current-Year submissions. The 3-Week and Elite seem to be processed mostly on time - after they are finally logged in as received.

I’m a little confused by their blog saying this

“We are currently working on the following due dates :

Basic (retired): 05/15 – 6/01“

Yet I have a 5/8 batch still sitting at 5 percent and not a single card processed? I have another 5/8 batch that’s about 70 percent processed that was in the same box.

Yeah I have a 5/8 that has had 40 cards processed and still has 160 left. They pushed the due date up at the beginning of the week, and then at the end of the week they pushed it back to the end of September. I think they’re just posting BS on their blog to keep the suckers sending them more cards.

was looking at another thread about shipping costs, and decided to take a look at mine. noticed i now have 20 or so cards marked as this for shipping

2017 Rittenhouse Game of Thrones: Valyrian Steel - [Base] #48 Osha
Supplies $0.00 S&H $0.45

i noticed all of these are pictured in top loaders that i did not request. so if they decide to put it in a top loader, the buyer has to pay for it and no option to remove?

At least you are not being charged for Osha Supplies.

COMC wouldn't waste time putting random cards in toploaders. The original submitter must have sent them in those originally. But if so, they should/would have had the additional shipping cost listed when you purchased it.

Thanks for this information. I won't type mine out right now but am seeing similar patterns. I am one day ahead of you on a submission delivered to them 08/26 and not logged in yet.

Their 3 week current year is starting to go >1 month past due now. A couple of my latest regular 3 week guaranteed ones includes 2020 cards because of this.

Makes no sense to me that they would have to charge extra. Now if the buyer wants it shipped that way I get that but if it was received by them that way they already charged the person who submitted it. But on the other side a top loader is not going to add much weight especially on large shipments where they generally use flat rates or the increments are in the pounds not ounces.

there is a thing based on thickness where it requires more, just like graded cards cost more, if your card is over a certain thickness they charge you more

https://www.comc.com/Cards/Olympic/2...utani/12382100

that's a 180 thickness card, they charge more to ship it, doesn't matter if you are regular or advanced reseller mode

Just Incase some one is curious. I requested a shipment from ComC back in June with a expected arrival September 30th for about 25 cards. Last week I requested a second shipment for 2 cards. Using economy with a expected date of September 15th, yet it arrived today. But I’m still waiting on the first one from June.

Is there another way to get the word 'prizm' added to a card I have listed? Their 2017 VIPs have it, 2019 have it, 2018 /99 have it but anything lower printed than /99 don't.

I tried reporting it twice. Feels like 'player prizm' is searched a lot more than 'player red' or something of the sort.

i was previously aware of the thicker cards, but did not know the extra for regular cards in top loaders. this also got me the $0.45 fee, and was the one i first noticed it on.

2017 Panini Contenders Draft Picks - [Base] - Fame Ticket #14.2
Season Ticket - Matt Thaiss (White Jersey) #/5 $0.45

If you're doing it by this method, it will get taken care of at some point.
If you're using the one in My Inventory, I don't think they check that path anymore.

Does Panini actually call the VIP set Prizm? If not, that's probably why they're not changing it. They don't do a very good job of letting you know when they've intentionally chosen to ignore your correction requests.

Checked Beckett's checklist on their site initially:

Yeah, believe I used that one. Hopefully eventually, thanks.
