do not to forget to include the tax they take you are getting dinged on that as well

from what i figure fee is $2.72 without the tax , but I do not have that info so Ill break down the $2.72 , $1.90 FVF ebay . 30 ebay prcessing fee and .51 ayden fee , to get the other 8 cents must be the fee on the tax, but I dont have that info.

There is also the fee on the tax and if the buyer is an international buyer even with a US address the fees will be slightly higher.

I got moved to MP today. This thread has been informative but I have an easy question or two for the forum (I think?)

I sold two cards, my first thru MP. Where can I check on Ebay to see the total amount of funds that are pending? Just want to see the money from MP that I have "out there" at a glance.

Also, how do we change the frequency, day, etc that we want ebay to send us the funds from sales to our bank account?

THANKS!

Click on your selling at the top of your ebay page and it will take you to your sellers hub page , In between Performance and research you will see Payments

I use Bank of the west and also receive 99% of payments within one business day with some even coming same day.

I personally love managed payments, makes everything so easy with just singular payments coming in to my bank every day, and the ebay seller hub is so easy to manage all sales from.

But if the bank was taking multiple days to process each payment from ebay then I could see where people would be frustrated with MP.

It’s common practice to purchase group break spots after the random has been done by ppg. There is no physical items being transfer. Just the rights to their spot in the draft.

That is my feelings as well its more streamlined and once you get used to the payments its really no different than before. You can get all the info you need in one report instead of having to pull reports from multiple sources.

So you are breaking with a guarantee you will win nothing?

I also received one, doesn't that mean I can no longer accept paypal?

You can accept any type of payment the difference is it will only show up in your bank account. If you want money in your paypal you will have to transfer the money from your bank account to your paypal.

Just glanced through the last few pages of this....I switched one account over to MP, but have another that is not.

I have noticed a relatively consistent increase in slow-shipping from a myriad of new donors and wonder if MP isn't the cause. The last two were $400 cards and there was no movement for several days. Perhaps this "pending" payment thing is throwing folks off.

Kind of bizarre.

This may seem like a silly question, but for those who have already made the switch, does any of this affect how you pay for your shipping? I would always pay for my shipping directly from Paypal.

Do you still pay with your PayPal account or do you go ahead and pay for that out of our bank account as well? I am assuming most will not have as much money in their Paypal account as they used to since all eBay sales money would go directly to their bank account.

Just trying to prep myself for the process of what to expect when I list items in the future.

I still use PayPal for shipping as I like to keep funds available for purchases so I have enough for shipping as well. But you have the option to take it out of your pending payments also.

That's great that it will let you take it out of the pending payments. Thanks for that info. Seems to me like that would make it easier in the long run for shipping.

I always just pay for the shipping out of my pending payments

Ok so never had this happen unless someone bought 41 items. Before MP I had sales where over 40 items would not end up on one invoice and the additional items would need a second invoice.

So tonight I had a guy win 12 items on auction and I cannot send a full invoice. All that can be placed on it is 10 items . Is this the max amount of items that can be placed on an invoice under the MP program?

I had a customer use a promotion and buy 30 items under one order without issue. Those were BuyItNow listings though, so I didn't have to combine or send an actual invoice.

Ebay changed the max invoice a few years ago if I recall.

I've been getting phone calls from Ebay, but they are saying the transition won't take place until July (didn't say exactly what year). Received the $15 coupon as well, but I think I will wait it out.

I was in your camp until they made me switch this year (to be able to continue listing) and I wish I had done it sooner. The payments are sent quickly and it's nice seeing the entirety of the fees in one spot.

I've always used Paypal/Ebay shipping but am open to change. I looked at Pirateship and watched their video on the website. It looks like I could connect (integrate) Ebay to print those orders.

What are the cashback bonuses you mentioned?

Thanks!
