Sabonis is averaging right around 22pts/13reb/6ast.

Oscar Robertson, Wilt Chamberlain, and Kevin Garnett are the only players in NBA history to average 20/12/6 over a full season. Long way to go still, but that's some great company.

The assists might be the only thing he might not be able to keep above 6 all year, but he's a walking double double, so I can see him easily averaging 20 and 12 all year.

Good young player stuck on a small-market team that is largely irrelevant hobby-wise.

Finally a recent sale of his NT RPA /99. $2100 by the looks of it.

His improvement trend is exactly what you want to see. He has improved in nearly every statistical category each season. He is highly efficient, a hard worker, a solid attitude guy, and has high confidence but not arrogance. Plus he gets it done on both ends of the court, rating as a top 20 defender in the league. If he were in a bigger market we would be throwing our panties at him.

With yet another big stat line last night, Sabonis is one of just 6 players in history to post at least 15 consecutive double doubles to start a season.

1 assist from a triple double.

He actually had it at one point, too. They reviewed a 3-pointer he assisted on and ruled the shooter was out of bounds.

It's also worth noting that Nate is going to Domas when the Pacers NEED a basket at the end of the game. Brogdon hit the eventual game-winner in OT, but it all happened because of what Domas did in regulation (now he has to hit those FT next time).

Yeah and he has delivered in the big moments too- the game winner earlier this year and the game tying bucket that sent it to OT the other night.

On top of improving on all meaningful stats, this year he’s bringing the ball up the court a few times a game, he’s a 3-point threat, and he’s been great creating off the bounce from the short corner and ripping through to get to the rim from the three point line.

Seems like everything about his game has improved yet again and looks like he will be an all star again this year.

Someone sold a Select Courtside Silver RC for 124.99 last night. They're going to end up regretting that one.

Definitely need to highlight the good and the bad. Domas had a bad game today. Time to move on to the next one tomorrow night.

I agree, and hats off to Toronto for basically deciding they were gonna make someone other than Sabonis beat them and executing that game plan. It paid off particularly well with Brogdon forgetting to show up today.

Winning aside and looking solely at stats: Nice when a “bad” game for Sabonis is a 19 rebound double-double with 5 assists.

I scooped a 2016 Optic Holo Sabonis RC for literally $1 at a show in August. It's been at PSA since September at the 20 day service level haha .... but I think that has actually helped, as a recent PSA 10 sale went for $500 ... should be a decent ROI

Bump for another triple double

Also a nice win in the skills challenge at all star weekend

Now 5 triple doubles this year, good for 6th in the NBA and more than LeBron, Simmons, Randle and some other notables

Averaging 21/11/6

Good basketball player that just keeps getting better

Still just 24

Missed a few games with a sore back and came back with a vengeance last night:

1st Half (!!): 22 pts, 11 reb, 11 ast

Final Line: 26 pts, 19 reb, 14 ast in just 30 mins (7th triple double of the season and a 57 point win)

Sabonis becomes the third player to record a first half triple double since the league started tracking the stat in 1998, and the only one to have 20+ point first half triple double.
