UD really should take a long, hard look at dealing with this poorly run company.

My rushed was placed 2/24, so far not a peep.

Man, I really hope it shows up soon for you. That’s crazy. I’m still holding out hope that it’s just massively delayed, and it’ll come eventually.

What a ridiculous time for the whole train wreck in shipping, right when the huge 2020 MM release dropped.

I have 2 outstanding shipping orders, mostly PC cards and stuff for the National.

The plus side is eBay sales are terrific the last several months.

Have you tried starting contact via twitter? I never get any response just straight email. I DM on twitter and poof I get an email. Every single time. Whoever is in charge of their twitter is doing a good job (well the best that can be asked of them).

I have a 1,000 card shipping order that includes nearly (700) 2017 Marvel Precious Metal Gems. A few of them the purple variation numbered to 5. If you follow these at all you know how crazy they are on Ebay.

Yeah - I'm going to be super pissed if they come up 'missing'.

Unreal. Yea those PMGs are off the charts right now. Hopefully it gets there soon.

Im more confident in COMC orders eventually getting shipped than some eBay orders at this point, if those reports above about them canceling eBay transactions are true. I think with the comc orders it’s gonna ship, but who knows how long. It really does seem the large orders (mine was in the hundreds of cards) are last to the table for whatever reason. So the 1,000 cards is probably a factor.

yup...in the time it takes to do 1- 1000 card order...they can do what...20 smaller orders? 50? I think small orders will get shipped...large orders will be forced to wait.

anyone have an idea of how far behind they are with submission processing? my "due date" was today, and figured they wouldn't meet it, but just curious if anyone has had anything recently processed so I can mentally prepare myself.

My only hope is that 700 of the cards I ordered are from the same set. I would assume they would be located in the same area of the warehouse and thus could be put together somewhat easily.

My 3 Week "due date" was April 1. they pushed it back to April 20 and now push it back an extra day every few days. Now it is Apr 23.

Awesome.

Just emailed them to see if I can add toploaders to a shipment I requested a few days ago. Seeing all of the negative feedback, I wanted to get my cards in the queue ASAP and figure out the rest later. At least one of them had a toploader in the scanned picture - who knows if it still does though.

What's sad is that some people felt all kinds of warm and fuzzy after watching Timmys interview. I think he had some fooled into thinking they have a plan and want to do right.

Dont worry I included in my complaint on the Youtube video where Tim on one hand boasted that comc had the best year ever while at the same time refusing to ship items and laying experienced people off to save a few pennies.

My submission that was due last week is finally being processed. Apparently 2 cards at a time.

So it should only take a year to process??

I sent that out in February. I definitely won’t be sending anymore until they get their $@!? Straight.

First ever submittal of 1100 cards got processed in 3 weeks and a few days.

Priced everything over the last few days and sold 5 cards so far.

Have another 350 cards from another shipment due on the 23rd.

Sometimes. I often check eBay comps before buying a card to flip and so know what the lowest on eBay is. If I know that, I'll think about what it will show up as on eBay when pricing on COMC.

Another situation where I think about eBay prices is when the lowest price card(s) on COMC are from sellers that run perma-sales. Since those cards X-list to eBay at the non-sale price, it's often possible to set a price above the lowest on COMC that will show up as the lowest price on eBay.

Finally, it's worth watching out for cards that COMC's crappy algorithm hasn't cross-listed to eBay even though it should have done. For example, I bought entirely too many Darvish 660 rookie cards at prices between 30-60c last year when they were selling for $3+ on eBay without realizing that the card wasn't cross listed because it was more important to them to list a 2004 EX-NM common for $60!

Yea this will be my next step. Probably gonna need some more squeaky wheels.

It is unacceptable that they are shipping out later rushed orders (placed in March that I’m reading about in this thread) and not shipping earlier placed ones. They can say they are delayed all they want, but this still has to be a decision that is made to ship out later shipments. If an economy shipment placed last October had a ship date before my 3/11 economy rushed ship date that was placed in Feb, I would expect that to go out before mine as well. Why it’s not being prioritized by the estimated ship date is beyond me.

It is also unacceptable to not respond to 7 emails sent to customer service. Not a single email got a response. How can a business cut their phone, say reach us through email.....then not respond to emails? A business going no-contact when they are holding a large inventory of my cards? I’m amazed how many people were understanding when they watched that interview....this is a disaster. Many people, including me, want out. Ebay for them is a train wreck right now, I have purchases from like 4 weeks ago, not updated, not shipped....nothing.

I sent in about 200 cards and they got processed a couple business days after the due date so no big deal. My issue is that they’re listed as “stored remotely” and only available for standard shipping. Now basically my cards are gonna sit there unless someone is okay with receiving them in 2022 or I get some suckers out of the loop to scoop them off eBay.

At what point is it worth considering a PayPal claim or CC chargeback on purchases? My issue is my early feb orders used store credit. If I'm others here and I used paypal to fund account, I'd be calling my CC company. Once COMC receives enough complaint through their merchant account, you may see their attitude change a bit as well.

Ebay rating down to 99.1%. Only a matter of time until that’s in the 98.%’s, which looks awful for such a high volume account. I’m still amazed just how many positives people are leaving...it’s not like they are shipping cards out within weeks at this point, and I can’t believe all that is from people getting cards immediately transferred on comc. In any case, I can only see the flood of negatives getting worse, and their feedback taking an appropriate dive.

I asked in the live Q&A and it was answered that they are looking at returning rushed shipping fees for reneging on their end of the bargain. They still don't lose money because you paid 25 cents a card regardless. Hoping you see that $500 back, my man.

FWIW, that layoff came at the beginning of 2020, right before the pandemic caused a change in the business model. It didn't happen when crap hit the fan.
